We’ve been going to Mantra for years now. Amazing food, and very friendly, competent staff.
I was a little worried when the owner went back to India and sold Mantra, but the new owners are just as wonderful. Same quality food and service my family has come to expect.
This is our go-to place when family and friends come to stay; highly recommended.

I met up with friends – Mantra have lunch specials all week ie a full meal with curry, rice, naan bread and pompadom for around $12 each – so fantastic value. We have been going to Mantra for years. Service and food impeccable.

Quite simply amazing Indian food, with courteous service.
Had the Biryani, which is my standard fare at Indian restaurants, and it blew away every other Biryani I’ve ever had.
Good portion sizes, ended up bringing half home, and getting to enjoy it all over again the next day. YUM

If you want to taste real Indian food visit mantra.
They have managed to maintain the full flavours of their individual dishes without using a “one sauce cooks all” curry like so many other restaurants have adapted.
“Simple Indian Dining’ at it’s best. You will do well to find better.
Tastiest tastiest food ever..Hmmmm

Fantastic food – Authentic food -tandoori style- We had the Cobra beer 7.5! but pours and tastes as smooth as champagne_Afghan meatballs a must – we will be back- fabulous food and great service – good attention to our requirements. We arrived and they only had one table left – they were packed but we didnt have to wait long for our entrees- well done guys and we took food home !

This place has excellent service, top food and awesome beers. My man had the king cobra and we thoroughly enjoyed the big bottle novelties.
Dhabi chicken – taste sensation
Chicken saag – the best I have ever had
Nice and local and worth returning to.

Really good Indian restaurant in Henderson – the best curry I’ve eaten. The staff are really nice and helpful and the dishes are prepared and presented beautifully. The poppodoms are crispy and the portions are just right. The rice is delicious – and I’m very picky about the rice they serve in restaurants – should be steaming hot, not too sticky and not too dry.

We have dined in and had takeaway at least five times now and are gradually working our way through the menu. EVERYTHING we have eaten has been delicious, even the prawn and fish entrees which can be hit and miss in some restaurants. The takeout portions are always very generous and are always still hot when we get them home. The Afghani Keema Kofta (lamb meatballs) are definite favourites. The service is also fantastic. 100% recommend!

Last night my boyfriend and I walked into Mantra starving and really hoping to find some nice Indian food,as it was about 9.20pm,i thought we’d either get told that they closing or take out only….but that wasn’t the case ! The gentleman at the counter who served us was really nice & friendly we checked with him just to be sure if it was okay to dine in and he assured us it was fine, the service and food we got was brilliant he even came to check half way through the meal if everything was ok….would definitely go back.

I took my mother for a meal at Mantra last week. What a lovely evening we had, nice atmosphere/surroundings and the food was excellent.
We are both originally from England and love Indian cuisine. We chose the onion Bhaji for entree, WOW, it was so delicate and light, the flavours were exquisite. We first saw how big the serving was and thought we could never eat it all but eat it we did. Then we had a delicious serving of Chicken Tika Masala and a Lamb Korma, with a garlic Naan to mop it all up. I can’t wait for my friends birthday in March so I can take someone else there. It truly is the best tasting Indian food I have tasted and the service was great also. I will certainly be making regular visits and am going to have to try the takeaway service when time doesn’t allow me to dine in.

this is the best curry you can get, if you love flavour and spice then this is the place to go, very resonible prices and byo makes it very cost effective. we often try other indian restaurants but they just don’t compare so we just keep going back.
definately recommend to all curry lovers
